Deposits :

A deposit is required to secure booking. The amount of the deposit varies according to size of property and is an amount agreed at time of booking. Typical deposits are 100 GBP/EUR for apartments and 200 GBP/EUR for villas. The deposit is held by the company until check-out conditions have been satisfied and is refunded within 5 days of the guest vacating the property.

Payment :

Payment in it’s entirety is due 8 weeks prior to guest arrival, as per the booking confirmation letter. However, in the event of late bookings, an alternative date will be arranged between the company and the guest. The payment due date will be stipulated on the booking confirmation letter.

Payment for the let is to be paid in to the same bank account as the deposit, unless otherwise agreed. The guest is required to confirm that payment has been made, to ensure accuracy and efficiency with payment allocation.

Payment instalment options are available, on an individual bases, with the final instalment due by the due date stipulated on the booking confirmation letter.

Failure to make payment by the due date specified on the booking confirmation letter will result in the loss of the booking without any refund of prior payments (including deposit).

Check-in :

Upon receipt of the full and final payment, the guest will receive full details of the property location and procedures on gaining access to the property. Typically, this will either be a meet and greet service provided by the key-holder (who manages the property) or instructions on how to obtain the keys from a key-box located at the property.

Check in is from 3pm on the day that the booking commences. Earlier check-in’s are permitted, dependant on occupational status of the property prior to the commencement of the booking, but these need to be arranged in advance with the key-holder prior to the stay. There may be a fee of up to 50 GBP/EUR for an early check-in which will be discussed during any arrangements made prior to the booking’s commencement.  In some instances, an earlier check-in may not be possible. Arrangements can be made, where possible, with the key-holder, to leave luggage in a safe place if the guest arrives before check-in time.

Upon full and final payment of the booking, the guest will receive contact details for the key-holder and the key-holder will be informed of the guests booking, by the company, at this point. The key-holder is the guests first contact should there be any concerns at the start or during the stay, with regards to the condition of the property and/or any maintenance issues that may arise therein.

Check-out :

Guests are required to vacate the property by 11am on the date of departure.

Guests are requested to strip beds and leave all linen and towels, provided, in the bath tub.

Guests are required to leave the cleaning fee payment, in the property, before departure. In some cases, key-holders require the payment at the time of the meet and greet at the start of the guest’s stay instead. This will be communicated to the guest on the original booking confirmation letter to clarify which option applies to the specific property.

Late check-out’s are permitted, dependant on occupational status of the property following the booking, but these need to be arranged in advance with the key-holder prior to the stay, there may be a fee of up to 50 GBP/EUR for a late check-out which will be discussed during any arrangements made prior to the booking’s commencement.  In some instances, a late check-out may not be possible. Arrangements can be made, where possible, with the key-holder, to leave luggage in a safe place if, for example, the guests return flight is later in the day of check-out, but this needs to be arranged prior to arrival.

Deposit retention :

In the unlikely event of serious damage, the key-holder may request the company to with-hold all or part of the deposit, in order to repair or replace any damaged items.

General wear and tear does not constitute to a retention of the deposit, providing reasonable expectations and precautions have been taken by the guests.

Failure to pay the key-holder the cleaning fee will result in a deposit retention.

In the event of any concerns, the guest would need to discuss with the key-holder prior to vacating the property.

Deposits are returned within 5 days of the guest vacating the property. The guest will need to provide bank details to the company, to facilitate the refund.

Cancellation policy :

The guest receives 100% of their deposit returned, should they cancel within 14 days of booking and prior to 8 weeks before the commencement of their booking.

The guest receives 50% of their deposit returned, should they cancel after 14 days of booking and prior to 8 weeks before the commencement of their booking.

If the guest cancels within 8 weeks of commencement of the booking, the guest will forfeit their deposit. Equally, if the guest cancels on or after the due date for the full booking payment, the guest will forfeit their deposit.

In the event that either Spain, or the guest’s home country, announce a state of emergency that prevents travel, the guest will be refunded their deposit and any additional payments made towards the booking.

Should the guest or a close member of their family succumb to serious illness or bereavement prior to arrival, upon evidence presented by the guest, the company will endeavour to return payments to the guest based upon each individual circumstance. It is recommended the guests have a valid travel insurance policy.

Other terms :

The guest will respect the rules of the resort which includes low noise pollution levels between the hours of 11pm and 7am. It is not permitted to walk on the golf course, for the guest’s safety due to flying golf balls.

No smoking permitted inside the property

No pets allowed

There are a number of feral cats on the resort. However, they have been vaccinated and are, in the most, very tame. They are fed and looked after by volunteers on the resort, therefore please do not be tempted to feed them.

The guest is required to take their own rubbish to the bins provided nearby to the property. This includes cleaning the barbeque area of any ash or coals.

Wristbands are required when using the communal pools. The key-holder will provide details regarding this.

Please keep to the speed-limits when driving on the resort.
