This property has a £100 damage deposit and this also secures your booking. This deposit is returned once a full inspection has been completed at the end of your stay and there is no damage to the property.

There is a departure clean fee all our properties, this is a extra charge of £75 for our apartments.

We returned to stay at Casa Carol (booked with Paula Jennings / Sol siesta – highly recommened 🤩) for a week holiday (28 May – 4 June 2025)
 
Casa Carol (La Torre Golf Resort) is very conveniently located with only a 10 minute easy drive from Murcia airport 👏🏻
 
Our 2 bed apartment large balcony overlooked 2 identical swimming pools and the golf course’s 18th fairway. Great views to wake up to and enjoy.
 
Across the road (which is the view from both bedrooms) was the playing field which has equipment (slide/climbing frame/swings) for young children and toddlers and a huge area for older kids/teenagers to play football and basketball.  This was also a safe area to ride a bike and a scooter.
 
The apartment is beautifully decorated & had been updated since our last visit (2years ago).  Facilities was perfect for self catering – oven, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, coffee machine and more than enough for 4 people in crockery and cuttlery👍🏻
There is also washing machine (came in handy with a young child) ironing table and iron – should you need them.  Also a high chair and travel cot.
The bathroom was modern and spacious with a bidet and walk in shower. 
In the main living area there is a wall mounted TV, comfy corner sofa, dining table and chairs (which we didn’t use because yhe weather was fabulous and we ate every meal on the balcony).
 
The apartment (and balcony) was spotlessly clean throughout.
 
I was on holiday with my 8 year old son, 80 year old mother and my sister (we are both in our 50’s ☺️) and I can assure you that all 3 beds are VERY comfortable. 
 
Although we had taken some of our own entertainment equipment the apartment had a great variety/selection of board and card games for all the family to enjoy.
 
The apartment’s wifi was excellent too. 
 
We will definitely be contacting Sol Siesta to book again and wont be waiting 2 years – next time my partner will accompany us and we will try out the golf course.
