This property has a £100 damage deposit and this also secures your booking. This deposit is returned once a full inspection has been completed at the end of your stay and there is no damage to the property.

There is a departure clean fee all our properties, this is a extra charge of £75 for our apartments.

Lovely Bubbly Lady

Just returned back from Los Alcázares. Family of 6 stayed at Casa South for 3 nights. The perfect mini break from start to finish. The apartment was great, stunning location. The pool literally right outside our patio doors

Paula was such a lovely bubbly lady with top tier communication skills, I had the pleasure of meeting her in person at the airport

We will definitely be booking again we loved the area with lots of bars and restaurants and a day out to the beach soaking up the glorious weather

Perfect Break

Me and my partner stayed at Casa South for a week the beginning of September. The perfect break from start to finish. The apartment was great, stunning location. The pool literally on the door step and lots of lovely restaurants just a ten minute walk away. My favourite, Gordon Bennett and Route 66. Definitely recommend them both.
